5HP series emergency mobile grain dryer developed and produced by Red Star Machinery Company

The integrated project of research, development, manufacturing, promotion and application of rice loss reduction harvesting and mobile emergency drying agricultural machinery in hilly and mountainous areas is an important project organized by the Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Jiangxi Province, supported by national agricultural industry development funds, and developed, manufactured and promoted by Jiangxi Hongxing Machinery Co., Ltd. Mainly aimed at the problems of low efficiency, long time, long assembly time of equipment arriving at the work site, inability to dehydrate grains in a timely manner, mold growth of grains, and grain loss caused by fixed grain dryers in disaster weather, research is conducted on multi complementary, fast moving, and fast assembling mobile grain dryers. Developing a multi energy complementary dryer (air source heat pump+diesel, air source heat pump+biomass pellets, air source heat pump+natural gas) from existing single heat sources (diesel, natural gas, biomass pellets) to solve the problem of rapid precipitation of high humidity and high moisture grains in disaster weather. Research on low chassis specialized trailers, optimize the assembly structure of dryers, achieve rapid transition, quick assembly, and timely operation. We plan to establish six "integrated pilot project maturity and application test fields" in Jinxian, Chongren, Shanggao, Xinfeng, Yuanzhou, and Gongqing cities in Jiangxi. Among them, the main body of the maturation application test site in Xinfeng County, Ganzhou is Xinfeng Jinhai Agricultural Service Professional Cooperative, with a scale of 5000 acres. The test site is jointly organized and implemented by Jiangxi Hongxing Machinery Co., Ltd., Jiangxi Agricultural University, Xinfeng County Agriculture and Rural Bureau, and Ganzhou City Agriculture and Rural Bureau.
